“This place is overpriced, dirty feeling, dark, and staff assistance non existent. No wifi except piggy backing off the casino. The casino is a small and dingy as well. I do not recommend. 40 min from Reno with the fastest way driving back to 80 in Cali - Truckee.”

“I’ve stayed at this hotel before and would again. The lobby and front bldg is undergoing remodeling, so check in is unusual in needing to find their alternate building off the main drag. This hotel is good. Particularly because the rooms are unusually spacious. It is older, NOT remodeled, but kept up decently. Beds are comfortable and the room is clean. Fridge, not just a microwave but a stove. If you’re a parent with two kids, plenty of room! Budget friendly too. ”

“Super cute cabin and lovely setting. Had some trouble with finding parking for a second vehicle — one staff person told me we had to go all the way to Kings Beach to park it, which was not very helpful. Aside from the parking issue it was a great place to stay.”
